introduces Chief Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist and Supreme Court
Justice Sandra Day OConner, whom administer the oaths of office. The outgoing
president, Ronald Reagan, and the First-Lady, Nancy Reagan, wish the Bush family
the best of luck. The ceremony includes stellar performances by The Morning
Tabernacle Choir, The Harlem (Ky) Boys' Choir, and the wonderful voice of Staff
Sergeant Alvey Powell, who treats the audience to a beautiful rendition of the
Star Spangled Banner and God Bless America.
