Psychogenic Disease in Infancy with its subtitle, An Attempt at Their Classification, is a study of infants with different psychological and emotional problems. There is a series of scenes of babies in cribs, some scenes of breastfeeding, with title cards providing the only explanation. The film seems to be trying to relate the babies problems with something going wrong in their relationship, or breastfeeding relationship, with their mothers.
